We beat the market or your money back! offer details: If, after 12 months from your initial subscription (signup) date, the CrystalBull Stock Market Timing Model, based on the CrystalBull Trading Indicator, has not outperformed the S&P 500 for that period, we will refund the full amount of your subscription cost for the preceding 12 months. You must notify CrystalBull.com on or before the last day of your 13th subscription month to qualify for this refund offer. Refund of subscription cost is our sole liability and your sole remedy, as we take no responsibility for any gains or losses resulting from any trades based on any of our stock market timing indicators.

For simplicity and convenience, subscriptions will automatically renew on their expiration date. It is your responsibility to disable the auto-renew function, in your User Account Manager, prior to the expiration date if you do not wish to renew your subscription. So that we can devote our time to the stock market timing model, and not to managing subscriptions, the subscription payment process is fully automated. Once your payment is processed, it is not refundable, except under the performance guarantee listed above.
